They exist to oversee and coordinate the activities of multiple Chapters within a defined geographical region. They serves as strategic bridges between the Global Council and Chapter Councils, ensuring alignment, structure, and effective implementation of organizational policies.

Introduction to the Regions
The Regional Council is composed of experienced leaders, elders, and appointed officials who are entrusted with maintaining unity, discipline, and progress across all provinces under its jurisdiction. It provides guidance, direction, and oversight to ensure that all provincial operations reflect the values and mission of the Aviary.
Communication
At its core, the Regional Council is responsible for coordinating regional activities, monitoring performance, and supporting provincial leadership. It ensures that communication flows efficiently between higher authorities and grassroots structures, enabling smooth execution of programs and initiatives.
Capacity
The council also plays a key role in leadership development and mentorship. By identifying and nurturing emerging leaders, it helps build capacity within the provinces and ensures continuity of strong leadership across the organization.
