Introduction to the Province

The Regional Council is composed of experienced leaders, elders, and appointed officials who are entrusted with maintaining unity, discipline, and progress across all provinces under its jurisdiction. It provides guidance, direction, and oversight to ensure that all provincial operations reflect the values and mission of the Aviary.

Communication

At its core, the Regional Council is responsible for coordinating regional activities, monitoring performance, and supporting provincial leadership. It ensures that communication flows efficiently between higher authorities and grassroots structures, enabling smooth execution of programs and initiatives.

Capacity

The council also plays a key role in leadership development and mentorship. By identifying and nurturing emerging leaders, it helps build capacity within the provinces and ensures continuity of strong leadership across the organization.

The mission of the Regional Council is to effectively coordinate and support all provinces within its jurisdiction by providing strategic guidance, ensuring policy implementation, and strengthening communication across all levels of the organization. We are committed to developing capable leaders, promoting unity, and delivering impactful programs that align with the vision and values of the Aviary Club of Nigeria.
