Introduction to Legal Committee
The Legal Committee serves as the guardian of compliance and integrity within the organization. It provides legal guidance to the leadership, reviews policies and decisions, and ensures that all actions taken by the club align with both national regulations and internal governing frameworks.
Legal Team
Composed of qualified legal minds and experienced members, the committee plays a critical role in interpreting the constitution of the Aviary Club, advising on legal matters, and resolving disputes in a fair and structured manner. It ensures that due process is followed in all disciplinary actions and organizational proceedings.
Legal Expert
The committee is also responsible for drafting, reviewing, and updating key legal documents, including constitutions, bylaws, agreements, and official communications. It works closely with other councils and committees to ensure that all programs and initiatives are legally sound and properly documented
